Christian-based STEM Preschool
Welcome to Launchpad Learning Center, a Christian-based STEM preschool dedicated to nurturing children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, along with after-school care for ages 5-11.
At Launchpad, we firmly believe that the journey of learning begins at birth. Recognizing that the majority of brain development occurs in the first 5 years of life, we strive to provide a foundation for your child’s optimal development even before they embark on their kindergarten journey. Understanding the significance of these formative years, we are committed to launching your child into the best possible start.
Our philosophy centers around the idea that young children learn most effectively through play, especially when it’s enjoyable. We implement the Funshine curriculum with an additional emphasis on (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
Launchpad goes beyond being just a daycare; it is a space where your child will soar to new heights. Our mission is to ensure that your child’s launch into kindergarten and beyond is nothing short of extraordinary!
Our Vision
To maximize the development of every child in our care through love, helping them grow cognitively, emotionally and spiritually, empowering them to soar.
Our Philosophy
Science has proven that the first 5 years in a person’s life are the greatest impact on brain development. About 90% of a person’s brain development is done in the early stage of a person’s life. Birth to 5 years old sets the trajectory of our entire lives.
For a child to thrive they need a safe and loving space to experiment, dream, imagine, and create. Launchpad Learning Center nurtures this through storytelling, art, dramatic play, music, multicultural celebrations, science, technology, engineering, and math. We believe that each child is a unique gift from God and should be cherished and respected for their individuality. We allow the children to gravitate to the activities and learning experiences that attract their individual desires and interests, which allows independence and supports diverse patterns of growth.
At Launchpad Learning Center we believe children need the opportunity to maximize their full potential by having fun while learning. They will experience new challenges and adventures that will prepare them for kindergarten but more importantly set them on a path to navigate everyday life.
Our Mission
The mission of Launchpad Learning Center, Inc. is to provide a high-quality learning experience for children in a safe, loving, and fun environment that will help the child flourish and soar to new heights physically, socially, emotionally, spiritually as well as cognitively.
